Only adult and children's tickets are available on-line. Other types of tickets, such as group, students', family and other concession tickets for different days of the week, are available only at ticket offices at the Main Entrance or at the Japanese Gate near the Oder waterfront.
The software that helps you to buy your tickets is easy to use and will take you through all the stages in the booking process. Once you have purchased your ticket, it will be sent to your email address. All you need to do is print it out and remember to take it with you to the Zoo.
Please also bear in mind that you need to specify the date in order to buy the ticket. It is also impossible to change the date on your ticket if you have already purchased one.
