Technical acceptances are currently in progress in the Best Western Plus Q hotel, which is located at the intersection of ul. Powstańców Śląskich and ul. Zaolziańska. It is the second Best Western hotel in Wroclaw. The building has eight storeys and will offer a three-star standard.
“The hotel is addressed mainly to business customers. It has 127 rooms with bathrooms (six of which can be connected) and an apartment. Guests will also be provided with free access to the WiFi network, strongboxes and coffee and tea utensils. Guests arriving by car can leave their vehicle in one of the 23 parking places available in the underground garage,” informs the investor.
The hotel will contain a restaurant and a lobby bar occupying 250 square metres. A recreation zone will also be opened for physical exercises under the direction of qualified and experienced trainers. The opening of the hotel is scheduled on the 1st of May.
The construction of the Best Western Plus Q hotel started in January 2013. The plot on which the facility is located was sold by the municipality at the price of PLN 4.9 million in November 2012.
