The SwedeCenter company obtained a building permit for the construction of the Business Garden Wroclaw office complex. The implementation of this project will start already this year. The first stage of the investment will encompass the erection of three buildings with the total area of 37,000 sq. m.
Business Garden Wroclaw will be located at ul. Legnicka in the vicinity of the Magnolia shopping & leisure centre and close to the city centre. In the direct neighbourhood there is also the Mikołajów railway station and numerous public transport stops.
Altogether, over 110,000 sq. m. of space for lease will be offered. The complex will consist of eight office buildings and a hotel.
The obtained building permit refers to the whole investment, but the construction of the complex will be divided into stages. In the first place, three office buildings located from the side of ul. Jaworska will be erected.
The office complex was designed by architects from the APA Wojciechowski workshop. The attractiveness of the project is enhanced by the presence of an internal garden with a centrally located restaurant pavilion, as well as a number of planned facilities for potential tenants in the complex. The planned garden will include both work zones and rest zones for employees and visitors of the Business Garden. It will also be possible to practice sport in facilities such as basketball playing fields. Apart from that, public access to Wi-Fi will be available to all visitors.
Business Garden Wroclaw was pre-certified on the LEED Gold level, which means that it will be built in accordance with environment-friendly building rules.
The investor and developer of the Business Garden Wrocław is SwedeCenter – a company belonging to the Inter IKEA Group. The Wroclaw complex is the third project being carried out by the company under the Business Garden brand in Poland. At the end of 2012, the first stage of Business Garden Warsaw was completed and at the beginning of 2015, the first stage of Business Garden Poznań will also be put to use.
