Their place at the intersection of Piłsudskiego and Peronowa Street will be taken by a new office building, Wroclaw 101. The City sold the land to a private investor for more than 2 million zlotys in spring 2010. Preparing building documentation and creating a proper design project took almost three years. The office building of an area of 6 thousand square metres is expected to be ready by the end of 2015. The investor is an Irish company, Crownway Investments, the same one which modernised, among others, "Pasaż pod Błękitnym Słońcem" in the Market Square. The area has been fenced recently. The first ground works are to begin soon.
The six-storey building will be built between the corner tenement on Piłsudskiego 99 Street and Post-Secondary Medical School (Policealna Szkoła Medyczna) on Stawowa Street. The windows of the new office building will overlook the historic Main Railway Station.
The representative lobby on the ground floor will be 7.5 metres high. Under the building there will be an underground car park.
